What is your refund policy? Ans.
Once an order is booked it cannot be cancelled. If we have not processed the order it can be cancelled with a 10% service fee. For more details please see the terms and conditions

What if the recipient\'s address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there? Ans.
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver\'s address within 24 hrs. Of receiving our message, else your order will stand cancelled and no refund will be made. But in no circumstances will the gift be changed, or in case of perishable commodities, will a fresh one be delivered.

What if there is a late delivery or no delivery at all? Ans.
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This can only happen due to forces beyond our control,’acts of God’ such as riots, transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this situation if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund of the purchase price, if the fault is due to corporateflorist.in.

Is there a mismatch between the display pictures and the actual product? Ans.
There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.

How does one track the order? Ans.
We send you an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with the shipping details. If the recipient has sent a return message, this will be e-mailed to you. The recipient would be asked to sign a form which ensures that the order has been received.

We deliver in most of the towns & cities in India. The delivery cities and towns also depend on the product you are ordering. Each page has details of the cities and towns serviced. Cakes have a limited delivery list due to it’s perishability, but most other gifts can be delivered to more than 200 towns and cities in India.
